If the product was part of the Buy One Get One promotion, Kohl cannot apply a price adjustment to the product. The item is not part of the product list excluded in Kohl rewards. Kohl has set up a list of products and brands that are excluded from their reward program. This provides proof of purchase to Kohl for them to be able to apply price adjustment.  During Thanksgiving, the week after, and certain promotional events, the purchases made previously by the customers are not eligible for Kohl’s price adjustment.
