Return for engraving

Customers who have initially purchased jewelry from Kings Jewelry might want to have them engraved either with a love quote, names of their loved ones, or preferred symbols, or words. The customer can engrave it from any place of their choice but are advised to return it to Kings Jewelry for engraving to reduce chances of damage.  

Jewelry did not meet the customer specifications

A customer might have requested product from Kings Jewelry but on delivery, the product did not meet the requirements or the specifications that the customer envisioned hence the customer opts to return it for a refund or exchange.  

Damage jewelry 

Sometimes Kings Jewelry sends jewelry to a customer and on arrival; the customer notices it has been damaged, broken, or scratched. The damage might be during setting or shipment. The customer is eligible to return the product to Kings Jewelry either for a refund or exchange. 

Resizing the jewelry

Sometimes a customer gets jewelry, especially a ring that does not fit their finger size. It might be too tight or too loose on the customer’s finger. A customer will then return the ring to Kings Jewelry to resize it to the most appropriate finger size. 

Return of chosen jewelry

Kings Jewelry sends stones of different sizes and shapes for customers who need to select their preferred shapes or sizes before they are set on the jewelry of their choice. After selection, customers have to return the whole package to Kings Jewelry and state the ones that they have selected. 

Processes involved in Kings Jewelry return policy 

Contact Kings Jewelry 

Before any return is prepared, a customer must contact Kings Jewelry first through email at service@kingsjewelry.com or call 1-800-929-5768 to inform them of the reason they wish to return the product.

Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization Code 

After contacting Kings Jewelry, a customer is given a Return Merchandise Authorization Code for the product. This is a unique identifier of the returned product. 

Prepare the return and label 

A customer then prepares the return labeling by writing the Return Merchandise Authorization Code on the label it came with. The customer is advised not to write Kings Jewelry’s name on the label. 

Prepare the package 

Customers should prepare the packages for return with everything that the product came with.  Not a single thing should be left behind because this might lead to Kings Jewelry rejecting the return or ordering the customer to pay to obtain some of the things. 

Ship and insure the return jewelry 

The customer then ships the return to Kings Jewelry and makes sure the shipment is insured in case of damage that occurs during shipment.  

For jewelry with an invoice price, not more than $500, the customer can use any shipping company that will deliver to Kings Jewelry but for jewelry with an invoice of more than $500, only US Postal Service Registered Mail is recommended.   

Return received by Kings Jewelry 

Kings Jewelry receives the return and signs and sends the customer a confirmation receipt informing them they have received the package. 

Inspection of return Jewelry

Kings Jewelry inspects the jewelry to ensure they are not damaged from how they were original. 

Refund or exchange 

If the jewelry is in the original status, Kings Jewelry then processes the customers’ refund or exchange for the jewelry.

The customer receives their refund or exchange within the days indicated in the return policy.
